Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 May 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the website at mavuraresources.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, users and parties who access the Site.
2. About Mavura Resources
Mavura Resources (Private) Limited is a mineral trading company registered in Zimbabwe under registration number 54282A0282025. We source and supply chrome ore, chrome concentrate, manganese ore and lithium from Zimbabwe to global buyers. Our registered office is at Flat 19D, Sanganayi, Madokero, Harare, Zimbabwe.
3. Website purpose
This Site provides general information about our company, minerals and services. It is intended for business-to-business audiences, including mineral buyers, trading houses, smelters, and industrial end-users. The Site is not directed at retail consumers.
4. No offer or contract
Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation for any mineral product. Product descriptions, grades, and specifications shown on this Site are indicative only and may vary between cargoes.
All transactions are subject to separate written agreements between Mavura Resources and the buyer, including but not limited to purchase contracts, proforma invoices and letters of credit. No binding obligation arises from submitting an enquiry through this Site.
5. Pricing and availability
Mineral commodity prices fluctuate based on global market conditions, exchange rates, and supply factors. Any indicative pricing or grade ranges published on this Site may change without notice. Actual pricing is quoted per cargo against buyer specification at the time of enquiry.
Product availability is subject to mine output, operator schedules, regulatory conditions and export licence status. We do not guarantee that any product shown on this Site is available at any given time. The Zimbabwean lithium and mineral export regulatory environment changes regularly. Buyers should confirm availability and licence status with our trade desk before committing to orders.
6. Trade terms
Where we reference Incoterms (CNF, CIF or other) on this Site, we are using them in accordance with the International Chamber of Commerce Incoterms 2020 rules unless stated otherwise. Actual trade terms for any transaction will be specified in the applicable sale contract.
All mineral exports from Zimbabwe are subject to the regulations of the Minerals Marketing Corporation of Zimbabwe (MMCZ) and other applicable government authorities. Compliance with export regulations, sanctions and anti-corruption laws is a condition of every transaction we enter into.
7. Inspection and quality
We arrange independent inspection of cargoes through recognised agencies including SGS, Bureau Veritas and Intertek. Inspection results are provided to the buyer as part of the shipping documentation. Any quality claims are governed by the terms of the applicable sale contract, not by product descriptions on this Site.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, is the property of Mavura Resources (Private) Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mavura Resources (Private) Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or from any information obtained through it.
We try to keep what is on the Site accurate, but we do not warrant that it will always be up to date, uninterrupted or free of errors. The Site and its content are provided “as is.”
